We stand behind our staff that handmake these goods in our Columbia, Missouri, workshop and value our customers that depend on years of use from all of our leather goods. If there is a defect in the materials or workmanship during normal intended use; we will repair the product, replace it with the same item, or replace it with a similar value item, at our discretion for the customary usable life of the leather good. All Jack Rivet apparel, such as pants, shirts, shorts, and hats, carry a 6-month warranty for faulty material and workmanship. If there is a defect in the materials or workmanship during normal intended use; we will repair the product, replace it with the same item, or replace it with a similar value item at our discretion from six months of the purchase date with a receipt.
